Participation Details: The CS Integration pathway allows participants to choose from a variety of daily sessions covering topics such as:

  • Navigating AI in teaching and learning

  • CS Unplugged

  • Building SCRATCH into your classroom

  • Physical Computing Playground - featuring a deep dive into the DOE’s Mobile CS Carts

  • Dedicated sessions exploring physical computer tools such as Lego robotics, BeeBots, Micro:bits, Sphero Indi Cars, etc.

  • Code.org CS Fundamentals and Discoveries curricula 

  • Expanding Data Literacy skills with CS tools

  • Model integrated lessons & strategies for identifying where to integrate CS 

  • Collaborative integration planning and design

Students explore AR Sandbox, a hands-on 3D learning tool that projects real-time topography and water simulations onto sand so students can visualize landscapes and geological processes by shaping it.
